Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Vedànkaa India, we are committed to offering you the best experience with products that reflect our passion for pure, Ayurvedic self-care. We prioritize quality and customer satisfaction, which is why once our products are opened, they cannot be repackaged or resold. Therefore, we do not accept returns on opened merchandise, as this ensures the integrity and safety of our products.

In exceptional cases, we may process a replacement request, but this will only be considered under unusual circumstances. Once approved, the replacement will be arranged within 8-10 days from the date of request.

If you receive a damaged product, please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery. After verifying your request, we will organize the pickup of the product from your location and send it back to us. Upon receiving the product, our team will conduct a thorough quality check to ensure it meets Vedànkaa’s standards. Based on the outcome, we will either issue a replacement or provide store credit, depending on your preference.

Please note:

• Exchanges or refunds are not applicable for sale items, opened or used products.
• Vedànkaa India is not responsible for any damage to products after delivery.
• Claims for damages or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this window cannot be processed.

Once your product is returned, please allow 1 to 3 weeks for processing. We will contact you once the return is complete and the outcome has been decided.

Important Guidelines:

• Damages caused by negligence or incorrect application are not covered under this policy.
• Exchanges or returns cannot be processed for allergies, skin reactions, fragrance dislikes, or color variations.
• We highly recommend checking the ingredients list for known allergies and performing a patch test before use to avoid unknown reactions.
• An unboxing video is MANDATORY for product replacement requests. Please show the sealed package, unboxing process, and product condition in the video to ensure a smooth replacement process.
• Refunds will be credited within 6-7 working days from the date of the refund request.

Cancellation Policy

Orders placed through www.vedankaa.com can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. Once this time frame has passed, cancellations will no longer be accepted, and refunds will not be provided.

Out of Stock Items

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. You can wish list your favourite products, and once they are back in stock, you’ll receive an automated email from us, allowing you to place your order with a single click.

For credit card, debit card, and net banking payments, Vedànkaa India use trusted and secure payment gateways with encryption technology to ensure that your financial information is fully protected.

Please note that in cases where refunds are requested due to customer-related reasons (such as duplicate payments or cancellations within the allowed timeframe), we reserve the right to process such requests at our discretion, subject to a nominal processing fee. The refunded amount will be adjusted for any applicable charges, including commissions by Payment Gateways. We may update the processing fee at our discretion without prior notice.
