CANCELLATION, RETURNS & REFUND

At Vedànkaa India, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. Please read the policy below carefully to understand how cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds are handled.

Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of our Ayurvedic skincare and personal care products, we do not accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Eligible Cases

A replacement or refund may be offered only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged during transit
  • Product received is defective
  • Product received is incorrect or missing

Such issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by emailing care@vedankaa.com with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • An unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package, unboxing process, and product condition

Requests received after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible.

Return & Verification Process

  1. Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
  2. After the product is received at our facility, it will undergo a quality verification check.
  3. Based on the verification outcome, we will offer one of the following:
    • A replacement product, or
    • A refund or store credit, as applicable

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 6-7 working days after successful verification.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • In some cases, total processing time (including pickup and verification) may take up to 1-3 weeks.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Issues related to allergies, skin reactions, fragrance preference, or color variation

Customers are advised to review ingredient details carefully and conduct a patch test before use.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been dispatched.
  • Cancellation requests must be sent to info@vedankaa.com with order details.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return request (subject to eligibility).

Out-of-Stock Products

If an item is out of stock, you may add it to your wishlist. Once it becomes available, you will receive an automated email notification allowing you to place your order.

Vedànkaa India offers multiple payment options for your convenience:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
  • Debit Cards (Visa Electron, Maestro)
  • Net Banking (All major banks in India)
  • Cash on Delivery (pay when you receive your order)
  • UPI payments
  • Cheque/Bank Transfer (ideal if you prefer to prepay without using a credit card)

For credit card, debit card, and net banking payments, Vedànkaa India use trusted and secure payment gateways with encryption technology to ensure that your financial information is fully protected.

Please note that in cases where refunds are requested due to customer-related reasons (such as duplicate payments or cancellations within the allowed timeframe), we reserve the right to process such requests at our discretion, subject to a nominal processing fee. The refunded amount will be adjusted for any applicable charges, including commissions by Payment Gateways. We may update the processing fee at our discretion without prior notice.
